Methodology
Indo-Pacific Impact maps how localized incidents in the Indo-Pacific propagate through supply chains, ports, semiconductor fabs, and trade lanes. We start with verifiable signals — official statements, agency notices, reputable media, and open datasets — then structure them into events, claims, and evidence before publishing impact analysis.
From incident to impact
Each event is tagged by category (maritime, Taiwan Strait, semiconductors, shipping chokepoints, export controls, and alliance policy). Claims carry a confidence score and source class. High-risk or disputed items may remain in review until additional evidence is available.
What we are not
Our reporting supports risk awareness and supply-chain planning. It is not legal, investment, or operational advice. Always verify time-sensitive decisions against primary sources and your own compliance requirements.
